Is cash awards and giving more points for business ads stopped?

Dear Webmaster and Editor,

I would like to know, whether giving cash awards and more points for Business ads even though such ads contain descriptive matters were completely stopped, as I saw two business ads posted by me were approved with default points.

Silent Valley Resort
Orange County Resorts

It takes much strain to search and make it a resource or business ads, hence it needs to be given cash awards and points.

I request webmaster and lead editor to re-look at these business ads.
