You can take up the issue with the web master and editors. For this you may post your complaint with the details in the option of opening the 'need help?' --> and opening the help topics --> and then go to the copy rights thread. Post your complaint copy rights and the same will be attended by the web master or the editors and sort ou the issue.

I see that one of your contributor has copied the following pic from my PICASA "https://picasaweb.google.com/106725996761172999632/PushpakJanapriyaVahini#5519408210386025490" in the following work

Can you ensure that OWNER's permission is obtained prior to posting any image? I was never consulted and I accidentally fumbled upon my photo in your website. Its really disheartening to see that such violations do occur in-spite of the website clearly setting clear copyright act.
