Remembering Bapuji on the 142nd yearIt was on the October 2nd 1421 years back that Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was born. Later by his work for the upliftment of the common man and the revolutionary flightless fight he won the freedom for the country. His fight was silent and non violent. Whenever he found that his followers are erring or going out of line, he used to call off his agitations and start again after assurance of adhering to the path shown by him. Whatever he had done was done with the sincerity and conviction from the bottom of his heart and in return we the common people of the country and the the world at large conferred him with the titles of Bapuji, Gandhiji, Rastrpitha and Mahatma Gandhi. These title are sticking even after 60 years of his death because he had done whatever he had done with the utmost sincerity and we gave the titles in equally reciprocal manner. These will remain for ever.
On this occasion let us remember his quotation "A civilization can be judged by the way it treats its minorities".
