Sachin Tendulkar has done it again!

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar has yet again missed out on another opportunity of getting that elusive 100th ton. The stage was set, the conditions were perfect, everyone including Sachin was almost certain that today is the day that he will set the record straight and get to the milestone that has been haunting Sachin for quite a few months now. But it took just one delivery from part-time spinner Michael Clarke to shatter a billion expectations and break several hearts all over the world.

It's hard to understand how it has become so difficult for a man who has got 51 Test hundreds and 48 one day hundreds to score one century to add to his legacy. Maybe it is the burden of expectations that is getting the better of the great man. Whatever it is, Sachin needs to rise above it and get the job done. India need him to get those hundreds as long as he is playing. If the ace batsman of the team is not getting big runs, it sinks the morale of the team and they begin to doubt their abilities as a batting unit.

Sachin needs to get this century, not only for the record but also to dig India out of this hole that they are in for the last few months.

We are all eagerly waiting for the hundredth hundred of Sachin. There is too much of media hype and each time Sachin goes to play we are almost sure he would do it again. But it seems he succumbs to psychological pressure. Earlier also he has exhibited such tendency on reaching the score of 90 or above. I think we need to forget it for sometime and let Sachin play his natural game. The ton will certainly come sooner or later.
