Was lawyers' blockade at Kempegowda circle at Bangalore justififed?

Bangalore city witnessed an unusual scene of blockade when about 300 lawyers assembled at Kempegowda circle in protest against the attack on a lawyer by the police. The incident happened three days back but due to alleged inaction by the police the lawyers caused inconvenience to the public for nearly 7 hours. The police chose to remain a silent spectator and did not act for fear of aggravating the situation.

We have seen reactions of the public in different ways on several occasions. Do you think that in spite of the alleged delay by the police the lawyers were justified to take the public to ransom like this? It might have proved to be double loss for those whose cases might not have been heard in court due to non-availability of their lawyers. KSR members may comment.

its not good attempt by the lawyers,being lawyers its shame on them to do such things,its totally unfare
