Do you think the present Government in Karnataka is serious about Assembly sessions?

The Assembly session in Karnataka started on Monday and as usual the Governor addressed the Assembly. Surprisingly, 102 of the total 224 MLAs absented themselves from the Session. An Assembly session for any state is a serious business where important issues pertaining to the state need to be discussed and a large amount is spent in organising these session. Also absenting from the Speaker's is like dishonouring the head of a State.
