    If you want to stay slim, get in the habit of eating fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts.

    Recent health studies shows that if we eat fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts, really our body will turn slim and trim. Health experts now comments that make your children to get in to the habit of eating fruits, vegetables and nuts and alter the habit of eating pizzas and cakes. Yes it is more likely to stay slim. So irrespective of age, a grown-up or a kid does not matter. If you want to stay slim ,get in the habit of consuming rich vegetables, fruits and nuts.

    In my opinion, food with low calorie and high fibers, minerals and vitamin should be preferred. Along with this, burning of calories is equally essential, so that your body will not accumulate extra fats below the skin. For this purpose, exercise is essential.

    It is very true. Unfortunately, our younger generation is trapped into eating junk food which is readily available in and around our schools ad colleges. Clubbed with the habits to stay home for playing video games, excessive use of computer and watching TV, it is a deadly combination and contrary to conditions required for maintaining slim and trim body. It is high time that we imbibe the value of eating fresh vegetables, fruit and other low calorie diets to maintain good health.
