How our India democracy can come out from the present grave situation?

If we closely observe the present political situation, we will be very much ashamed of the type of democracy we are having. The ruling party or the opposition party has no deciding role at the center. The ruling party has no control over the political situation. Ruling party and oppositions are wasting their discussion time in Parliament by one means or the other means. There is no one to stop the price hike of daily goods needed by the common man and no member of the Parliament taking serious about the issues of common man. People lost their faith in democracy and in our political leaders. Dear members, I wish to know from you how our Indian democracy can come out from the present grave situation? Please discuss and give your good suggestion for the same.

Nature of discussions in Parliament speak about the health of a democracy. Watching parliamentary proceedings in no more a pleasure in our country. So much of valuable time is wasted in stalling the proceedings, walkouts and interruptions that one gets disgusted about the ability of participation of many of the members of Parliament. Our systems requires an overhaul but it may not be feasible under the present circumstances. India should have a two party system at least at the Centre. Coalition governments cannot take tough decisions for the nation because of some vested interests of regional parties. Regional parties have a narrow vision for the state/region they represent and they do not think in the wider perspective of the welfare of the nation.
