This is quite true that truth always prevails and is the final victor. A true person will make his statements openly and fearlessly. A liar has again to tell a lot of lies to hide the lie previously told. The courts' decisions do not depend on truth or falsehood but on the evidence produced. When there is no evidence produced, which in certain cases is difficult to produce, even the true persons get punished by the courts. The advocates prosecuting the cases or defending the cases try to present the facts only to punish or defend the persons on trials on the basis of witnesses' statements or the material evidence produced. Sometimes, even they don't know whether the person they are fighting to prosecute or defend is a truthful person or not. The courts merely rely on the evidence produced in the courts. Let us leave aside the courts, a true person in the ordinary course of life need to fear anyone.
