Job Title: Trainee Systems Engineer
Job Description:
Perform application releases following established documentation and procedures. (40%)
Perform incident management activities to mitigate issues that affect the availability of supported applications. This includes being part of a rotating on-call pager rotation outside your normally scheduled hours. (40%)
Work with other AMS engineers to implement applications into a pre-production and production environments adhering to the AMS operational support model (10%)
Provide well-written documentation and serve as the technical contact on projects supported by group. (5%)
Represent team at various organizational meetings related to maintenance, ongoing departmental projects, and customer relationships as it pertains to Application Management Services functions (5%)
