Kids special Recipes - Vegetable Chapatti Role

Kids are most selective in food,food for a kid must be tasty as well as Nutritive. Vegetable Chapatti Role is the best food for kids.


Ingredients Required: chapattis, vegetables, 1tsp cheese, 3tbsp tomato sauce.

Ingredients Required For Filling chapattis
2 fresh carrot
4 French beans
half cup boiled peas
one small capsicum
1 cup of cauliflower
half cup cabbage shredded
2 green chilies
half tsp. garlic paste)
half tsp. ginger paste
1/4tsp. lemon juice
Salt as required and
2 tsp of oil

Preparation:

Clean and chop all the vegetables required for filling.Cut the green chilies into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry green chilies, garlic and ginger into golden brown then add all the chopped vegetables and fry well, add the Soya and tomato sauces then lemon juice, salt and fry gently.Fill this vegetable filling in half portion of the chapatti and fold with remaining empty half on the filled half. Sprinkle cheese on the chapatti, put this on the pan and roast it by adding oil and serve as hot.

This is a very nutritious dish especially for kids.
