What is Obesity:
Excess weight due to irregular food habit and lack of exercise is called obesity.
Reasons for Obesity:
Obesity is the main problem for fifty percent of the population. Excess weight is due to modern life style and fast food. Today our children spend much time with T. V, avoid going out and playing. Elders also neglect sports and prefer T.V. For their relaxation. This results excess weight or obesity. Following irregular and wrong timings in food, stress, thyroid problem and lack of exercise are some other reasons for Obesity.

Doing diets and exercise program are not enough, because it is tedious, Sometimes it may cause sudden reduction in weight, this results skin sags looking ugly. So the weight reduction in the body should be in a gradual manner. This can be possible only through Yoga with out any side effects. Person at any age can practice yoga.
