North Karntaka famous chutney\hindi is Brinjal Chutney (mulugai hindi)

Ingredients are as follows

Big brinjal
one Onion
Garlic- 3 cloves
Curry and Coriander leaves
Red chilli powder - 2tsp
gurellu pudi- 2 tsp
veg. oil- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Procedure:
• Bake directly keeping over the coil as we prepare phulka.
• Peel the outer skin of brinjal and mash it.
• Add chopped onion, garlic ,curry leaves and coriander )is readyleaves, red chilli powder, gurellu pudi, oil and salt to taste. Mix it well.
Brinjal Chutney (mulugai hindi)is ready to serve with Jolada Rotti and chapathi.
