Here is the simple method for the preparation of Mysore pak recipe.

Ingredients required:
One cup Bengal Gram
two cups Sugar
one cup Ghee
one cup Water
Preparation of Mysore pak:
Mix the flour with some ghee.
To prepare sugar syrup, place the sugar in a pan and add water to merge and heat till reaches a ball consistency.
Slowly add the gheemixed flour and stirr continuously to avoid lump formation. Then add the remaining hot ghee slowly and mix it continuously.
Cook untill the ghee separates from the mixture.
Spread little ghee in a plate and pour the hot prepared mixture.Cut into squares by using a knife, remove it from the plate after some time.
