From yesterday no power in Banashankari layout near Gachinmani hospital brampuur Gulbarga.. What u guys r doing.. Hopeless service.. Can't u fix it.. All. Ruined the festival celebration

SIR, GOOD EVG. I AM A RETD MANAGER SBI SETTELED IN MY VILLAGE GHATTARGA, SINCE LAST JUNE 2016. I AM VERY MUCH EXITED TO HEAR your DEPT RING TONE REGARDING CUSTOMER PREFERENCE BUT IN PRACTICAL IT IS NOT TRUE. YESTERDAY MID NIGHT I CALLED @12 TO YOUR AFZALPUR OFFICE 14 TIMES BUT IT IS IN VAIN. PERSON SITTING IN THE CHAIR WAS RELUCTANT TO ATTEND CUSTOMER grievance HE IS AN IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON .HE don't HAVE COURTESY TO ATTEND THE CALL OR TO redialing, WHEN HE RECEIVES 14 MISSED CALLS FROM A SINGLE number. IF U WANT PROOF I AM PREPARED PROVIDE U BSNL CALL LOG AS AN evidence. THERE WAS NO RAIN AT THE POINT OF TIME EVEN CURRENT SUPPLY WAS NOT PROVIDED TO MY PLACE. as ALL KNOW MY VILLAGE IS pilgrimage CENTRE YESTERDAY MORE THAN A 1000 pilgrims WARE THERE IN MY village. Now GOVT IS STRUGGLING TO IRRADICATE DENGUE CHICKEN gunny a & TYFAID. PL I REQUEST U T TEACH LESSON TO TO YOUR EMPLOYEESE TO B POLITE IN RESPONDING. SIR,EVEN AFTER LAPS OF TIME ( TWO DAYS) I HV NOT RECD YOUR REPLY FOR HAVING TAKEN ACTION ON YOUR RUDE ERROGANT & IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE. NEITHER E HAS APOLOGISED OVER PHONE NOR YOU HV GIVEN PROPER REPLY FOR NOT GIVEN SUPPLY. ONLY SAYING LINE WAS FAULT WILL NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I MAY ASK IT UNDER RTI WHEN & WHERE THE FAULT WAS THERE & THE TIME TAKEN TO RECTIFY & ALSO WHO WERE ENGAGED IN RECTIFYING THE FAULT. keeping ALL THESE IN MIND U NEED TO REPLY OR OTHER WISE PLEASE don't compelling ME TO APPROACH YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITIES FOR RESOLUTION. DUE TO LOT OF mos cutes SOME uneventful EVENTS MAY HAPPEN .FOR ALL THESE FACTS YOUR PERSON ON DUTY IS HELD responsible.I NEED A PROPER REPLY KINDLY ATTEND & ADVISE ME THE DEVELOPMENTS
