Karnataka Style Kebab Recipe

Ingredients needed to make Karnataka Style Kebab Recipe


Meat (minced) - 1 kg

Channa dal - ¼ kg

garlic - 15 to 20 pieces

cardamoms - 6

cinnamon - 2 pieces

jeera - 1 tbsp

ginger - 2 inch piece

onion - 2 large

pepper corns - 8

red chillies - 10

cloves - 8

egg - 2

onion (chopped) - 2

Green chillies - 10

Salt to taste

Preparation Procedure of Karnataka Style Kebab Recipe


Add all the above mentioned ingredients of Karnataka Kebab recipe excluding eggs, chopped onions and green chilies.
To this mixture pour 2 glasses water and boil.
After the water starts to boil simmer the stove and allow it to cook till meat is tender and water is completely absorbed.
Once this mixture is cooked well allow it to cool and then grind it nicely.
Now add 2 raw eggs to the paste and mix.
Then make the mixture in the shape of flat-small balls to give the shape of karnataka Kebabs.
Stuff the karnataka Kebabs with finely chopped onions and green chillies.
Now heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the karnataka Kebabs till golden brown.
Karnataka Kebab is now ready and you can serve the hot Karnataka Kebabs with either any spicy chutney or with lemon twist.
