North Karnataka Recipe Brijal Curry Delicious Preparation
North Karnataka recipes are very famous throughout Karnataka state. The preparation method is simple and the taste is very unique. The two famous dishes of North Karnataka is yennegai recipe north Karnataka style and north Karnataka brinjal recipe. Brinjal is called Badnekai in Kannada. Badnekai Curry is prepared as side dish for chapatti, roti and rice.
For preparing this recipe 5-6 brinjals are required.
Take a pan and add 4 teaspoon of oil. Fry the whole brinjal one by one
Put little salt on the skin part of brinjals.

Cloves 4 in number
1 teaspoon fennel seeds,
Fresh curry leaves as required
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
1 inch peeled ginger
Big onion 1
Coconut 1/4 cup
Tomatoes 3 in number
1 teaspoon Red chilly powder
Half teaspoon of coriander powder
Salt as required
Half teaspoon turmeric powder

From the ingredients fry the Cloves, Cinnamon, Fresh curry leaves and onion.
Then Prepare masala for Brijal Curry recipe, for this grind the fried cloves, ginger garlic paste, and grid well.
Then grind the coconut, cumin seeds, red chilly powder, and coriander powder then finely add the fried Brinjals and grind well.
Take another pan and add 4 teaspoon of oil and put the cumin seed and curry leaves.
Then transfer the grounded malala to the pan and add required amount of water.
Fry this until it comes to the consistency of thick gravy. Waite until the oil separates from the gravy.
Then add 1teaspoon of gigely oil which gives an excellent flavor to the gravy. Delicious Brijal Curry gravy is ready. Preparation time is just 25 minutes.
