The election commission of Karnataka has announced the election dates for a few gram panchayats who has completed their tenures. In this regard the committee will analyze the candidates nominations until the completion of election which has started its operations from 3rd August 2011. This Election committee of Karnataka will be closed on 30th August 2011. The election information was announced in Bangalore city today, the 4th of August 2011.

Last date for withdrawal of filed nominations in Gram panchayat elections 2011 Karnataka: 20th August 2011

Election for valid nominations in Gram panchayat elections 2011 Karnataka will be conducted on : 28th August 2011
{in case of necessity re-election on 29th August)
Counting of Votes: 30th August 2011

Timings for Gram panchayat elections 2011 Karnataka on 28th will be between morning 7 am to evening 5 pm.
