Aloo Methi Parotha is a unique dish. It contais lot of nutrients. And also its more delicious. It is a unique recipe where beginners in this cooking can also learn this! A good tasty recipe to learn.People who are diabetic also can learn this since it contains methi. Learn and have fun!

Ingredients needed to make Aloo Methi parotha
:
1.For Stuffing:
Aloo- 4-5 boiled and mashed
Onion- 2 (Chopped finely)
Methi leaves- 2 Cups (chopped)
Cumin Seed Powder- 2 tsp
Coriander seed powder- 2 tsp
Chat masala- 2 tsp
Chillies- 5-6 nos.
Chopped coriander leves- little
Salt to taste.
2.For Dough:
Wheat Flour-2 Cups
Water- As nedded
hot oil-2 tbsp
Milk-2 Tsp
Salt-to taste
How to make Aloo Methi parotha
1. Mash the boiled potatoes properly into a paste.
2. Take a Khadai,heat the oil and add chopped onion.
3.Fry until it turns into golden brown in colour.
4.Later add the chopped methi leaves.
5.Fry it for few more minutes.
6.Add Salt,Cumin seed powder,Green chillies,Coriander powder,chat masala to the onion-methi mixture. Mix it well.
7.After it is properly mixed,turn off the stove.
8. Mix this fried mixture to the mashed potatoes and then mix it thoroughly.
9. Make the stuffing into balls.
10. Take an another bowl. Mix the wheat flour,salt,little bit of hot oil,milk,salt and prepare soft dough.
11. The dough must be chapathi dough consistency!
12. Make parothas and heat them on a tava.
13. Serve hot with butter.
14.Sometimes using curd and pickle can also be used as an option.

You can also give shape to this aloo methi paratha. When the dough is readily rolled you can reverse a steel place with sharp edge on the rolled dough so that you can get the round shape.
