Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for selection and admission for I B.Sc, Medical Lab Technology (B.Sc, MLT), I B. Sc Respiratory Care Technology (B.Sc, RTT) I. B.Sc, Operation Theatre Technology (B.Sc, OTT), I B.Sc, Imaging Technology (B.Sc IT) and for Lateral Entries of II B.SC, MLT and II B.Sc, OTT for the academic year 2011-12
The name of the courses and its no of seats available at Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute Admissions 2011 are as below.
1. 1st B.Sc Medical Lab Technology (B.Sc, MLT) = 27 No of Seats.
2. 1st B. Sc Respiratory Care Technology (B.Sc, RTT) = 20 No of Seats.
3. 1st B.Sc, Operation Theatre Technology (B.Sc, OTT) = 20 No of Seats.
4. 1st B.Sc, Imaging Technology (B.Sc IT) = 18 No of Seats.
5. Lateral Entries of II B.SC, MLT and II B.Sc, OTT = 18 No of Seats.
6. 2nd B. Sc Medical Lab Technology
(B.Sc, MLT) (Lateral Entry) = 18 No of Seats.
7. 2nd B.Sc Operation Theatre Technology (B.Sc OTT) (Lateral Entry) = 16 No of Seats.
Qualifications needeed for Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute Admissions 2011
Minimum qualification for admission to 1st Year from Sl. No. 1 to 5 is II PUC with PCBM or an equivalent Examination recognized by concerned University.
If there are no eligible candidates available from the aforesaid qualification, the remaining seats shall be allotted to diploma holders of concerned subjects recognized by Para Medical Board of Govt of Karnataka.
For 2nd Year Course : Diploma holders of the concerned subjects recognized by Para medical board of Govt of Karnataka.
Age limit for Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute Admissions : Minimum age is 17 years and maximum age is 35 years and for SC/ST/Cast-I is 40 years.
