Simple and delicious recipe for Badam Milk in karnataka style is below.

Milk - 1 litre
Almonds (Badam) - 50 gram
Cashew Nuts - 25 gram (Chopped)
Sugar - 1/2 Kg
Rose Essence - Few Drops
Color Powder (Saffron) - A pinch
Preparation procedure for Karnataka Style Badam Milk Recipe
1) Take fresh water in a vessel and cook almonds in a tawa for 5 minutes. Then remove it from stove and drain.
2) Remove the outer layer of the almonds and grind in a mixy. Make it to a smooth paste and reserve it aside.
3) Take a small amount of milk and put the saffron in it. Then let to stay aside.
4) Take a pan and pour milk in it. Cook it till its boiling point.
5) TO the boiled milk, include the almond paste and stir well to mix completely.
6) Then make the flame lower and cook for more minutes.
7) Then remove the milk from stove and filter it.
8) Now add the rose essence and color powder(saffron) that was dissolved in milk earlier.
9) Finally garnish the milk with the chopped cashew nuts as its toppings.
10) Badam milk does good even when served cold or hot.
