When will be the Metro smart card begin in Karnataka/ Bangalore?

As per the announcement from the Chief minister of Karnataka, Mr. Sadananda Gowda, the Metro Smart card in Bangalore is expected to be begun in namma Bangalore by September 25th of this year.
