    Yana is an ancient limestone formation surrounded by deep forest is situated not too far away by road. One can also go trekking for the last 15 km and get enjoyment & fun from the excellence of the jungle on the way.

    By Air - Nearest airports are Goa 100, Mangalore 273 and Belgaum 167.

    By Rail - The nearest Railway station is Shirwad/ Karwar 2Km From Karwar on The Konkan Railway.

    By Road - There are buses to Karwar from Bangalore (520 kms) and from Goa (100 kms). One can reach Karwar by bus from Mangalore (273 kms) and Belgaum (167 kms) too. Overnight deluxe bus services are accessible from Bangalore. Buses also ply connecting Madgoan and Karwar at regular intervals.

  • A wide-angle camera is a must.

  • A small number of extra pairs of clothing might hold you in good stead as you might need it after a few dip in the beach.
