AB de Villiers
AB de Villiers (Abraham Benjamin de Villiers) is born on February 17, 1984 is a wicketkeeper, good fielder and batsman in short an ideal all rounder. Besides being a cricket player he is a sportsman in rugby, tennis and golf and above all is a good singer with his own album too. His debut in cricket was in 2004 in South Africa. He has made his mark and helped his teams where he played like the Tests, ODIs and T20s whether at home or aboard. AB de Villiers was made the captain of the South African O D I team 2011.
For 3 seasons of IPL he was the squad member of the Delhi Daredevils and created a commendable spot for himself against the Chennai Super Kings in 2009 in South Africa. In IPL 2011 he was in Royal challengers Bangalore where he brought out brilliant performance to lead the team to victory against the imminent defeat at the hands of Kochin Tuskers Kochi by taking 54 runs out of 40 balls.
Abhimanyu Mithun is born on 25th October 1989 and is a good pace – fast bowler. He had his hand at discus throw too. His debut was for Uttar Pradesh and took 11 wickets in the game. Throughout his career he was a steady player and the Royal Challengers Bangalore recruited him in season 2009 by the coach Roy Jennings on the basis of trials conducted.
Abhimanyu Mithun had his debut in one day innings in 2010 against South Africa and had his test debut on Sri Lank Tour immediately after the ODI of S A. In IPL 4 he made an impressive performance. In the IPL 2011 he did a splendid job of fielding and bowling against Delhi Dare Devils helping the RCB to win. In the match at Chennai against Mumbai Indians he did not shine in the bowling though he did a good job in fielding.
Abrar Kazi is born - September 29, 1989 in Bangalore. Basically he is a left arm spinner bowler. He is a left hander batsman. In 2011 he was in the Karnataka team in the game against Tamil Nadu where he took 3 crucial wickets. In subsequent games also his performances were equally good. His ability to take wickets earned him the niche of Red-n-Gold colour in the Royal Challengers Bangalore team in the IPL 2011. He, at 22 is a promising player.

Asad Pathan is from Ankleshwar, Gujarat State. He has played for Anand Premier League and was the man of the series. He has scored 2 centuries in the 50 over T20 matches by scoring 157 & 150. He was offered a contract by the South African team, Nashua Titans franchise. He came back to play for his country.
In the 2011 IPL his playing helped Royal Challengers Bangalore to win 6 wicket victory against the Kerala Tuskers. He is a hard hitting batsman.

According to him his inspirations are from Javagal Srinath and other senior players from Mysore and Bangalore. He had learnt cricket from Srinath and he has learnt bowling is now a fast bowler also. Charl Langeveldt is born on December 17, 1974 in South Africa. He was a warden in a prison near Cape Town. His debut in cricket was in 2001 but due to competition he was not getting much chance. He is Bowler. When he got chance he proved to be one of the best bowlers especially in the T20 cricket games. He keeps the batmen on tight leashes. His speed and swing of balls frustrates the batsmen. He was in Kolkata Knight Riders for the IPL. He was taken in by the Royal Challengers Bangalore and in the 2011 season he got chance only to play in three games but he proved to be excellent in them and his worth as a bowler.
Cheteshwar Pujara (Cheteshwar Arvind Pujara) is born on January 25, 1988 at Rajkot in Gujarat State. He is taken in by the Royal Challengers Bangalore as a batsman. His first test match was against the Australia in 2010 at Bangalore from 9th to 13th October. He came to the 3rd position in the match from the Indian side. He is the 5th person to score above 50 runs in the game. In June, 2011 he played at Cape Town against the South African team. He has played in Mumbai and Gujarat many times.
Chris Gayle is born on 21 September 1979 at Kingston, Jamaica in West Indies. He is an all rounder. His batting Style is L H B and bowling style L A B. His O D I debut is on 11.9.99 against India and test debut is on 16 to 20 of March, 2000 against Zimbabwe. In the Twenty 20 category his debut was against New Zealand on 16.2.2006.
Normally he is a very cool and calm person but when playing cricket he just turns into aggressive player. He was taken in by the Royal Challengers Bangalore as a substitute against the injured member of the team Dirk Nannes in IPL 4 – 2011. Immediately he justified his selection by scoring a century against KKR. He had his second century in the IPL 4 against the Kings xi Punjab and also felled 3 wickets.
Daniel Vettori is born on January 27, 1979 New Zealander. He was brought up partly in Italy. He is an all rounder in cricket. He is a left hand bowler and good captain. He is taken in by the Royal Challengers Bangalore is the captain of the team. He had a long experience and has learnt to be a batsman, coach, selector and captain. He is the 2nd highest wicket taker in the world in the test matches.
Daniel Vettori was a team member of the Delhi Dare Devils in the 2008, 09 and 2010 editions of IPL where he had not much opportunity to show his ability. After coming to the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL, 2011 – season 4 he led the team up to the finals to an 8 wicket win in semi finals against the Chennai Super Kings in Bangalore. Against the Mumbai Indians in IPL 2011 at Chennai he made a brilliant performance.
Dirk Nannes is born on May 16, 1976 in Melbourne to Dutch parents. He has passion for skiing. He has competed in many world cup skiing events and came to almost to top and got a chance to enter Olympics squad of the Australian team. In cricket he is a left arm pacer. He is a good player in the limited over series. He made his debut for Victoria team in 2005 – 06. But in 2007-08 he got opportunity to help his team in Victoria and Middlesex in T 20 cups. With these he became to be recognized as a cricketer. In the 2nd season of IPL 2009 he was with the Delhi Dare Devils and in combination with Ashish Nehra and Pradeep Sangwan he helped Delhi to come to top in South Africa. He has also played for Netherlands in T 20 world cup. In 2010 Australia included him in their team where he was the highest wicket taker in the T 20 world Cup. He now restricts to limited over cricket as he has to manage his business of ski-travel Company by the name 'Global Snow Tours'. He was taken in the Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2011. He had a strain in the match with Mumbai Indians and had to be rested.
Jamaluddin Syed Mohammad
Jamaluddin Syed Mohammad is born on June 3, 1983 in Tamil Nadu. He started playing cricket at the age of 13. Syed is a low left had bowler. His debut in Cricket match was for Tamilnad against the Railways. He had only 3 games in 5 years consequently his experience chart is very low. Johan van der Wath is born on January 10, 1978 in South Africa. He is a fast bowler and an all rounder. His debut was in 1996 and has played for about 10 teams around South Africa, India, England and New Zealand. He had a consistent performance. In 2006 he made his debut in O D I against Australia for his country. He caused the victory of his team by his 35 runs from 18 balls with 3 sixes in it. He joined Mumbai Champs of ICL. He was banned from playing for his joining the ICL. He joined his country's squad for World Cup in 2011.

Sreenath Aravind is born on April 8, 1984 in Bangalore. He is a left arm pace bowler and has come into the group of stalwarts of India. When he bowls it will create an anxiety in the minds of the batsmen. Aravind is a part of the Karnataka team throughout the Ranji Trophy, a successful team for few years. He had a near fatal accident which could have prevented his playing before his debut in 2008. But in 2010 – 11 Ranji Trophy he was the 2nd highest wicket taker for Karnataka. So also was his position in the South Zone Duleep Trophy. He was bought by the Royal Challengers Bangalore for 2011 season of IPL. Tilakaratne Mudiyanselage Dilshan also known as Tuwan Mohammad Dilshan is born October 14, 1976 in Sri Lanka. He was the former captain of Sri Lankan Cricket team after the World Cup match in 2011 till recently. He is a member of the team since November 1999. He has lot of creditable performances in various test matches and his captaincy saw Sri Lank first win in South Africa.

He has given powerful performances against Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Sri Lanka. He is a medium pace bowler and a very fast fielder. As captain also he was very effective.
Zaheer Khan (nick named as Zak) is born on October 7, 1978. He is a bowler. In the Royal Challengers Bangalore whose team owns him, he is the header in the bowling. His ODI debut was in 2000 and he could impress all. In the 2003 World Cup he with Javagal Srinath was effective in India reaching the top. He had health problems in between but by 2007 Zak had become a leading bowler of World category. He was also a highest wicket taker of the World Cricket tournament of 2011 where India won.
In the 1st IPL season Zaheer Khan played for Royal Challengers Bangalore he took the first wicket in the IPL. He went to Mumbai Indians and helped them to reach the final in 2010. Again in 2011 IPL he returned to RCB and helped the Royal Challengers to come to the final. In 2008 after the shock of dismal show against the KKR he helped his team against Mumbai Indians to win. In 2011 he took 4 wickets of KKR but the play was cut short by the rain.
