Ashwini Ponnappa, the name familiar to us as badminton player of India Ashwini Ponnappa, is a sports personnel from Bangalore city, Karnataka state, India. Now she is settled in Hyderabad with her parents. She had won Indian Junior Championships and gold medals from South Asian games and Commonwealth games. In an interview she even mentioned that her success in commonwealth games was very precious. Regularly she has been practicing 8 hours a day and even spent lot of time for discussing match strategies. In the women's doubles category, she has been teamed up with Jwala Gutta, another famous badminton player of India. Whenever we see her playing in the court, we can understand that she is at her professional best while out of court she is having the look of a professional model.
